Makes: 2 pizza bases
Ingredients:
2 pieces Made Without Tomato & Oregano Pizza Bases
100ml tomato passata (optional)
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
Handful of bocconcini, sliced 1cm thick
Handful cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Handful grated parmesan cheese or cheese of your choice
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
To Serve:
Handful basil leaves
Method:
Preheat an oven as per the directions on our pizza bases.
Smear the bases with tomato passata and garlic, unless you would like to use the base flavoured how it is with no sauce.
Top with the remaining ingredients and bake in the oven as per the pizza base packet instructions.
To serve, sprinkle the pizzas with a handful of fresh basil leaves.
