We like to keep things crystal clear—so every product has all allergens listed right on the packaging and in our online descriptions. No surprises here!

Gluten-free friends, rejoice! Everything we make under the Made Without name is crafted in a dedicated gluten-free facility. That means zero cross-contamination and maximum peace of mind.

However, a few goodies (like our famously fluffy crumpets ) do contain gluten and are made in a completely separate facility to keep everything safe and sound.

Good news—our products are bump and baby friendly! Whether you're expecting or breastfeeding, you can enjoy Made Without with confidence.

That said, every pregnancy is a little different (just like every baby!), so we always recommend having a quick chat with your healthcare professional before diving in. They'll know what's best for you and your little one

As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email—because we’re just as excited as you are!

Our wonderful Dispatch Team will then get to work. Please give them 24–48 business hours to carefully process and pack your goodies with love.

Once your order is all set and ready to hit the road, you’ll get another email with your tracking info so you can follow its journey home! (Heads up: for some couriers, tracking might take up to 12 hours to show movement—it’s just warming up! )

We Wish We Could... But Not Just Yet! As much as we'd love to offer this service, it's not something we have the resources for right now (we’re a small but mighty team!).

All orders are shipped through our trusty external freight partners—so your goodies are still in great hands.

We Make Paying Easy-Peasy

At Made Without, we accept all your fave ways to pay—including VISA, MasterCard, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Fast, secure, and totally hassle-free—just the way we like it!

Just a friendly heads-up—double-check your delivery address and contact info before hitting that “place order” button! It’s up to you to make sure everything’s spot-on so your goodies land in the right spot.

Made a whoopsie? No worries! Just shoot us an email at hello@madewithout.net.au As soon as you can and we’ll do our very best to fix it before it heads to our speedy Despatch Team.

Once your order is packed and on the move with the courier, it’s out of our hands (literally!). If the address is incorrect, you’ll need to contact the courier directly with your tracking number to request a change—just a heads-up, some couriers may charge a fee for this, and sadly, we can’t cover it.

This also applies if you're using autofill payment apps like PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay—make sure those details are up to date too!

Our crumpets are so delicious, they need a little extra TLC—that means staying frozen and ice-packed on their journey to you! Because of this, they’re currently available only to our wonderful NSW customers (for now!).

To keep things fresh and fabulous, crumpets are shipped separately via a special freight company. So, if you’ve ordered other goodies too, your delivery will arrive in two parts—double the fun!

Most crumpet orders arrive within 1–2 business days once shipped, and if you’re in the right spot, some lucky NSW legends might even get same-day delivery. Now that’s what we call hot crumpet energy!

While we don’t currently offer express or expedited shipping (we’re working on it!), we totally understand that sometimes you need your goodies stat!

If you’ve got a deadline or a special date in mind, just pop an email to our lovely customer service team at hello@madewithout.net.au with your name, phone number, and order number. They’ll do everything they can to help get your order to you in time—because we’re all about making things happen (where we can)!
