Serves: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
1 kilogram red apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
150 gram frozen mixed berries
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp mixed spice
75 grams sugar of your choice
Crumble Ingredients
125 grams gluten free flour (omit for standard flour if not GF allergen)
3/4 cup Made Without Bread Crumbs
100 grams unsalted butter, cut into cubes and bought to room temperature
50 grams white sugar
1 tsp mixed spice
Method:
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees bake.
Combine all of the filling ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well to coat and combine.
Transfer the filling to a medium-sized ovenproof dish.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Combine the crumble topping ingredients in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle generously over the baked apple and fruit mixture.
Place back into the oven to bake for another 10-20 minutes or until the crumble top is golden and crisp.
Serve with vanilla ice cream & enjoy!
