Baked Feta, Honey & Thyme with homemade Gluten Free Crackers

Serves: 2-4 people 

Ingredients:⁠
2 pieces Made Without Buckwheat Lebanese Bread 
Spray olive oil⁠
400g block of feta cheese⁠
1 tablespoon olive oil⁠
3 tablespoons zaatar seasoning⁠
Drizzle of honey⁠
Fresh thyme leaves⁠
Cracked black pepper⁠

Method:⁠
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees bake. 
Cut our breads into whatever shape takes your desire and spray with olive oil. 
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 180 degrees bake.⁠
Remove the crackers and turn the oven over to fan-bake.⁠
Place the feta into a small cast iron pan or oven dish, drizzle with olive oil, honey, zaatar and thyme.⁠
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until bubbling, oozy & cheesy.⁠
Remove from the oven and serve on a platter with your homemade Crackers!
Serve with extra zaatar, honey, salt and pepper.
