Dip Ingredients: (simply blend in the blender!)
250g cottage cheese
1/2 cup water
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
Pinch of cayenne pepper smoked paprika and chilli powder
Salsa Ingredients:
1 tomato finely diced
1 small red onion, peeled and finely diced
2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander
Sprinkle of smoked paprika
To serve:
1-2 packets Made Without Sea Salt Flake Crispbread
