Mexican Queso Dip with Crispbread

Serves: 4 people

Dip Ingredients: (simply blend in the blender!)⁠
250g cottage cheese⁠
1/2 cup water ⁠
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice ⁠
Pinch of cayenne pepper smoked paprika and chilli powder⁠

Salsa Ingredients: ⁠
1 tomato finely diced ⁠
1 small red onion, peeled and finely diced ⁠
2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander ⁠
Sprinkle of smoked paprika⁠

To serve⁠: 
1-2 packets Made Without Sea Salt Flake Crispbread
