Makes: 12 meatballs
Gluten-Free Meatball Ingredients:
400g beef mince
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
1 egg, lightly whisked
1/2 cup Made Without Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper
To Serve:
Your favourite pasta sauce
Your favourite gluten free pasta
Fresh basil leaves
Parmesan cheese
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method:
Combine all meatball ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine. Don't be shy to get your fingers in there!
Place 1 tablespoon of the mince mixture into the palm of your hand and roll into a ball. Place onto a large plate and repeat this process until all 12 balls have been rolled.
Heat a large frying pan over a medium to high temperature. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the meatballs for a few minutes until they are brown all over.
Add your preferred pasta sauce to the frying pan and reduce the temperature to a low simmer. Simmer the meatballs in the pasta sauce while preparing your favourite gluten-free pasta.
