Kid Approved Meatballs

Makes: 12 meatballs ⁠

Gluten-Free Meatball Ingredients: ⁠
400g beef mince ⁠
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced ⁠
1 egg, lightly whisked ⁠
1/2 cup Made Without Breadcrumbs ⁠
1/2 cup parmesan cheese ⁠
Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper ⁠

To Serve: ⁠
Your favourite pasta sauce⁠
Your favourite gluten free pasta ⁠
Fresh basil leaves ⁠
Parmesan cheese⁠
Sea salt and cracked black pepper ⁠

Method: ⁠
Combine all meatball ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine. Don't be shy to get your fingers in there! ⁠
Place 1 tablespoon of the mince mixture into the palm of your hand and roll into a ball. Place onto a large plate and repeat this process until all 12 balls have been rolled. ⁠
Heat a large frying pan over a medium to high temperature. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the meatballs for a few minutes until they are brown all over. ⁠
Add your preferred pasta sauce to the frying pan and reduce the temperature to a low simmer. Simmer the meatballs in the pasta sauce while preparing your favourite gluten-free pasta. ⁠
