Makes: 1 pizza
Ingredients:
1 piece Made Without Buckwheat Lebanese Bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lemon sliced into extra thin discs
1 cup pitted olives
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
Pinch of cracked black pepper and sea salt
Method:
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees fan bake.
Place one of our breads onto a hot pizza stone or pizza plate.
Top with your favourite toppings and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until crispy, golden and the cheese has melted.
Allow the pizza to cool for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
