Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
4 pieces Made Without Buckwheat Lebanese Breads
250 grams mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp zaatar spices
1 cup pitted olives
Pinch of flaky sea salt
To Serve:
Dipping sauce of your choice
Method:
Preheat a large frying pan over a medium heat.
Place 1 wrap into the frying pan and top with the cheese, spices and olives. Place another wrap over the top of it and cook it slowly like a toasted sandwich for around 5 minutes before carefully flipping it over to the second side.
Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly before slicing into smaller triangle pieces.
Repeat this process with the remaining 2 wraps.
