Lazy Lunch Bean Nachos

Gluten Free | Nut Free | Vegetarian 

Ingredients:
1 packet of Made Without Sea Salt Flake Crispbread 
Handful shredded cheese
2 cans of black beans or kidney beans⁠, drained 
1 large avocado, peeled, stone removed and sliced into chunks 
2 large tomates, diced into chunks
Handful coriander leaves 

To Serve: 
Jalapeno⁠
Fresh lime ⁠
Cracked black pepper⁠

Method: 
Warm the beans in a saucepan with a 1/4 cup water. Allow them to simmer on low for 15 minutes. Remove from stove and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Allow the cheese to melt through.
Add our crispbread crackers to the large serving bowl and top with all of the remaining ingredients including the beans.
Serve with sliced jalapeño, fresh lime and cracked black pepper.
